Account login problems!

Hello all, I have a problem. I created my account yesterday and I thought everything went well but for some reason I can't check my account on the main Ryzon.com website because it tells me that I have an invalid account. Yet I can log into the game, I really need help with this because I am unsure if I wish to stay playing this game and haven't made my mind up yet. So I would like to cancel my account at the moment as I decide. I don't want to have my bank account charged yet.

If anyone can help, I would appriated it!

Your account password is different to the game password (and your forum password too if you change things in the right order). Use the "lost password" link on the account management login page to get an email sent to the email address you registered with, and then follow the instructions in it to get a new password.

(The account management passwords are encrypted and unretrievable, thats why you get a new one everytime you use "lost password" and you can't change it)

I did the 'lost password' link eariler but so far I have not had any mail with my New Password. Is it expected to take some time or are there any other ideas!

Do you have still have the original email entitled "Your Saga of Ryzom secure password"? If so, try that password again, and doublecheck you typed your login correctly - saitan17, no Capitals. If you get your password wrong you get the "invalid account" message, so make sure you don't copy any extra spaces, punctuation, carriage returns. If that get's you nowhere then you'll have to wait for the new password to arrive - talk to CSR in Klients if you can login there

Ok I found my email confirmation buts theres a problem, when I click on it, it tells me I can't use my saitan17 name. Why, I'm currently using it now. I just sends me back to where I was when you pick your name. This means that I can't get into my account at all. It tells me that the name is already used just doesn't make any sense. When I began all this the registration went wierd on me so that may have something to do with it. Appearently I need to confirm my email but I can't because of this!

Yes, Finally after my 10th attempt at getting my password it worked and just sorted everything out now. Thank you for all your help.I will give you all an ivincible beer.
