Another Program is Currently Using this File?

I have installed the game, I have done all the patches, I've rebooted. I've tried repairing installation, I've tried reinstalling. When I goto launch the game it gives me this error from C rogram Files/Ryzom/launch.bat and says that another program is currently using this file. I have gone into my program files and tried launching the client_ryzom-dvd.exe and the client_ryzom_rd.exe. They update, tries to relaunch, then I get a runtime error saying that is was closed in an usual way and was terminated, please contact the support team...

So, what am I doing wrong?

After talking to babydoll in klients we determined that she probably has a virus that is interfering with things.
