Let's see if I can finally post my opinion on all this matter in a clear way, so anyone can understand me.

In first term, I enjoy the faction system. That means I enjoy the PvP system as it has been defined in this game, but there's a little exception on this. The fact, as exposed in OP switching thread due to my own fault (I posted an off-topic post there, sorry about that), is that we have very different situations.

One thing is to kill someone you might even compare to, like it was the PvP case in Yrk, where anyone who wanted to enter PvP just had to trigger his tag and join a team for the joy. The same applies to prime roots, as I don't expect pr to be a peaceful calm zone, but just one thing.... what's the success on killing a newbie that's digging there mats that probably noone else wants (e.g. choice), and suited on focus armour? Does it make any sense on having someone (e.g. rundll) patroling that zone every so often just to kill homins like me (an amazing level 100 melee, 125 heal as highest)? I am just there trying to raise my skills, not crafting uber-weapons nor anything for my guildies or other kamis to fight in op wars.. and you know that is the case.

Even though, I am your enemy, that's right. But I might accept being killed some times is part of the pvp fun... on the other hand, having to constantly be aware of lvl250 clowns looking to drive people nuts for fun is by no means what I could accept as pvp fun. You know, I try to keep pvp balanced for the simple satisfaction of wining.

but as I said, rundll, if you want to keep hunting me down there, you're invited. We simplily have two different views on the pvp system, and it is not forbidden, so I know there's nothing I can do about it, and that you won't stop while reading this thread makes you happy.

I can understand that mate, but I guess quite a few diggers in Umbra would be much happier if they didnt get nuked. *shrugs* as long as no one breaks the rules I guess...

I stick to my point. Wanna dig in a PvP zone, be prepared to defend yourself/run. Dont wanna risk it? Dig in another zone. There is no "need" to dig in Umbra as low lvl PR, theres only greed for sups (even if low Q).

To illustrate: I'm 205 forest atm. I've dug in MG (blue zone) till 50, FG (yellow zone) till 100, and GoC ever since. That's right, with 100 forest forest as my highest level (melee 60 and ele 90 at the time) I dug in GoC. If you know the right spots and you're carefull, you dont need a zone tailored to your combat level or lower to level your dig.

So next time you say "but I can only dig in orange zones", pardon me if I LOL.

PR is different than racial lands.

and you say getting sup out of greed ? that's your perspective. new pr digger does not know such thing.
he/she will be happy, when sup pops and he/she can dig it. NOT happy when he/she cant dig it. (i said pop's, yes it's empty most of the time).

it would be better if Nevrax would reduce PvP area to supernodes only (and replace those silly vorax with real guards... like patrols ;-) .. but like that will ever happen ;-(
