Can't Submit Character to Play

I'm not sure what the problem is, but when I get done creating a character and make a name and I am all ready to go, it won't submit. I tried dosens of names to see if that was the issue, but nothing. Tryed differents races as well. Any Ideas?

What's the exact problem? Does it give any error messages or just hang when you hit the loading screen?

It doesn't lock up or anything, just won't go to the next step. I assume that is to load into the game. I keep hitting the submit button after I name my character and nothing at all happens.

Open port UDP 47851 in your firewall as per the Network FAQ

Chances are your system is losing connection to the game server at this point. Or you may need to set up port triggering/forwarding.
