Still wondering why negative posts are being deleted

I have done what you suggested tinpony as well as emailing the webmaster asking why my and other posts were being deleted, but have recieved no response from either. Also, if you check my original post, there was no undue ranting in the 7 replies it recieved, no abrasive or rude comments. Nothing at all to justify it being closed so rapidly, this is what I find the most odd.

I simply dont understand these kinds of attitudes. What that I have said causes you to respond so rudely? I have recieved no feedback from nevraux and again find their deleting posts odd. It is not your problem at all, but I wanted to point out this behaviour. If you are going to respond in such a rude fashion, please dont bother, it adds nothing productive.

Let me first tell you that the person who deleted the above mentioned thread has been talked to. Secondly, let me say that if you ever have a problem with a GM, you can submit an email ticket to suggestion-na@ryzom.com and it will be looked into.

I'm not going to take sides and say who was right and who was wrong in this instance, but I will say that posting it on the forum is not the proper way to go about it. .

Thank you Farls, yours was the most helpful post here. That thread had been deleted but apparently was reinstated and recieved 5 pages of replies. Seeing this, there is indeed no point to this current thread. I stopped checking the boards the day after I posted the first one initially and thus missed the thread being reinstated as well as the replies. I will consider this thread closed now, but no, I do not want to hear that the Gm's hate me, I simply wanted a response and to know why my threads were being deleted. Apparently one was given and they reinstated the thread so I am content.

I just love a happy ending (well... it's not necessarily "happy" for all involved.. but far better than what it could have turned into with enough gas and a few matches...

Read through the thread just now and just wanted to clarify a few things as there are pages of commentary on me and my situation but since I was unaware of the thread I never responded. No response is needed to this post just wanted to get it out there.
Firstly, I appreciate Cerests handling of it, he did allow the thread to run its course and locked it at what appears an appropriate point.
In my defense, I never asked that my Dp be reset, I simply reported it as a gameplay issue and became miffed at the Gm's response which is why I took it to the forums. Perhaps this was not the proper forum for this, but I was unaware of the correct procedure and was irritated, a feeling that was heightened by the closing/deleting of the posts. Cerest responded to this however, so I have no further qualms concerning that. I did take a Fraps shot of the conversation in case it was questioned officially, but have no server to post it from and so did not post it in the initial post. I think its irrelevant either way now however. Finally, while there are indeed ways to get around the Dp, my issue was with the changes that had a profound negative impact on my ability to advance. This is why I submitted the report, not simply to whine or to get my Dp reset. Now that my Dp has been cleared, I have the option of leveling jungle forage which provides me with a viable way to clear my Dp in the future. At the time however, faced with a million+ Dp, it was an extremely daunting and not fun prospect. I really appreciate all the people who empathized with me in the thread, in any negative situation, it helps to feel that people are "on your side," or at least understand where you are coming from. Thats it, have fun and watch out for Kitin.
