sorry my english is bad !! i have big probleme i buy the game "saga of ryzom"i do my intallation and when im tring to log in they ask me the cd key i wrote my cd key and they said"serial key invalid"i buy this game 65$ and i want play my gam so what can i do for this ?????

I had the same problem -- someone previously bought the copy I had purchased, registered the serial key, and then returned the game to the retailer. they are, perhaps, still playing with this serial key.

billing-na could not give me a new serial.

I had to return the game to the retailer and get a new copy, with a new serial, which was a pita, because the only retailer that carries it is 15 miles away

It would be nice if billing could issue you a new serial -- but I understand all the logistics; the only way to prove you bought the game is your sales receipt, which they have no way of authenticating. The only answer is to return the CD back to the retailer. Ahh, capitalism!

shame on you who buy the game, register the serial, and return it. ;p
