Need Help

Hello..

I been having some issues installing the game. I finally got the game to dowload, and that is after two days of waiting. Now I am getting a message after I select the launch "Can't creat a window display (1024 x 768 32 bits). I don't know what to do from here and need some help.. thanks.

Try to use the ryzom_configuration_rd.exe, and set the graphics mode to OpenGL and try to start the client again. If that doesn't work set graphics mode to Direct3D, and try again.

btw. what graphics card do you use?

Make sure you have your desktop resolution set to at least 1024*768 at 32bit colour. Also, if you are using (for example) a laptop with onboard Intel gfx, I'm afraid it might not be powerful enough to run the game, sif you could give us some more details it would help
