No account exists?
so i singed up to play the trial and i played it and now i want to unsubsribe. Because apperently if i dont they will bill me. So i go to account management and try to log in with my account info i use to log into the game and it says no account exists with that user name? but i can play the game with it? am i missing something, How the &*$&*$!!!!!!! do i unsubscribe!

Your account management password is not the same as the game password for security reasons. Just use the 'Lost your password?' link to get a new one sent to your email address.

i have done that multiple time but it hasnt worked, i do no recieve any password in the mail. Possibly because i put the wrong adress in, not sure about that. Anyway i dont see any way i can unsubscribe so if one of the GM's can cancell my subscription that would be great.

i'm sure you need to give them a little more details before they will hit that "unsubscribe" button for you. (it would be wise to give them you real email address this time too)

Tried the ticket solution, and re-entered my e-mail address. No comformation code is sent to the address i put in. I double and triple checket the address it is correct. Something doesnt want me to quit this game and its annoying! so i guess i'l e-mail the person directly

If you use the 'Lost password' feature correctly you will receive a confirmation in your browser after you have asked for a new one. If you have been directed to the confirmation page and still do not receive the mail with the activation link, it is time to check your spam filters.
But as Zerlin said, contacting our mail customer service will help you out if you cannot log into your account management page.
