Cant Create a window display (1024x768x32)

everytime i try to play this game after i just installed it from download i get this message i cant even get into the game can soemone provide some input please i configured and everything and it still doesnt work

Chances are that you have an Intel or SiS graphics chip in your system. If you do then there is almost zero chance to get Ryzom to run as neither of these video chips have the hardware/power to run 3D graphics properly.

If you do not have either of these video chips then the problem may be your monitor display mode. Make sure that the desktop resolution is set to minimum 1024x768 pixels with 32 bit colour depth.

Well Zerlin.... then how come DDO works properly or the Other 3-d MMORPG's work perfectly in my system,,,, and what do u mean by intel chip.... all 3-d games i ever had tried in the MMORPG genre works perfectly..... why shouldnt it work for this one

The Intel chip I am talking about is the Intel Graphics chip. Check your display adapter settings. Different games use different game engines so may or may not work with all display adapters. The NeL Engine is a hefty thing that requires very good video hardware. You may just need to tweak some display adapter settings or update some drivers to get things to work.

We need some details as to your video and drivers before being able to diagnose things.
