Well he could, but i think the way he's going with this is to have an event where there is little to dispute, the strongest mage tested by fire, the strongest Melee tested by fire and the strongest ranged fighter tested by fire. Its pretty clear that its the gear that makes the difference, so if you aren't a 250 with top of the line gear and jewels the odds of winning are signifigantly lower for you. Tactics and skill will play some part in this of course but not as much as they would in a team event. Either way it should be interesting to hear the results
