The Order of the Dragonblades would like to add 10 million dappers to the purse should either the offers of Noinossalg or Zysha be considered the "best". We are not a rich guild and this is about 15-20% of the total dappers of all our members combined (I don't know the exact amount because I don't get the weekly dapper balance statements of all members in the mail). Suffice it to say this is about 50% of the dappers in the storeroom. But perhaps this will contribute, in some small way, to the chances of those offers being considered the best.
