Do Not Log out in the Guild Hall

Every time I log out in the guild hall I appear when I log in in antoher land and die. then to get home I have to get to my zone and die again. This has happened every single time I log out in our guild hall, Decay rotting a set of armor every day and 2 weapons and all this other junk is really starting to piss me off.
