Connection Problems

Hi.. Im trying out on a free trial account.. but i i dont get a chance to play, cause every time i logg in it takes about 10min and i get a everlasting connection problem.. "pleas wait" Does anyone know how this can be fixed? is it because its trial?

that shouldn't happen. There is no difference between Trial and Subscription.

Did you check your firewall settings?

And if you have A LinkSys Router, you maybe want to check

im having the same problem for 2 days now.
everytime im starting the game it takes forever for the update to download the patch and it gets stuck after 5%.

im not using firewall or any router ;/

What shell i do - i have left only 5 days for the free trail.

Please advice
