I think you can see this map in-game ... (bear with me I'm doing this from memory) Bring up the map and if you see your land (not a city map), there are some symbols in the upper left corner of the bar ... there's a back arrow (?) that will show you the map of the known world of Atys. You'll have to enlarge it to full screen to see everything like the picture. Ctrl+F10 and you have a picture to print.
