Can't create a window display

I get this message when I try to start Ryzom up, the only thing I can think of is maybe the graphics card isn't good enough. Anyone know how to fix it?

A few details like what video card and drivers you have would help us to help you.

Anything like Intel or SiS onboard video chips will usually give this error. As will cards older than GeForce 2/ ATI Radeon. The same error occurs if you do not have your desktop resolution set to something like 1024x768 with 32 bit or better.
