Shield Act brings peace to Yrkanis

The marshalled efforts of a few Yrkanites have returned some peace to the busy pathways of the Matis capital. Thankful, the local constabulary is allowed to quit dithering over how to deal with the gang battles of the last few cycles and returns to business as usual, while the local youngsters are once again, safe to play inside the city limits.
