For me, I tend to look at
who is posting and
what the message is. A new player can post a good topic as well, like others already said.
I admire people who can post only IC, but for me it doesnt mean the post gets more weight of it. I also 'like' the IC posts as it gives a bit more feeling to a post, but as I find it hard not to post OOC sometimes, I cannot blame others who do.
