Which zones are the special ones?

Does someone have a consolidated list of which zones/regions have special pvp rules and which rules each of them have? I know some of them (ToT = GvG), but was looking for a full list. Thanks.

Huh. I seem to remember that some were open PvP and some were GvG. Guess my memory is faulty or maybe it changed at some point and I just haven't been down there recently? Well, I was in ToT recently trying to trek with allies. Which is what made me think about it.

They were open pvp before they introduce the outposts and the pvp tag.
Now they have been patched to be gvg.

Thanks. That explains my confusion. Since the fame patch, my prime roots time has been minimal.
