The blue bar is the visual indicator of which source has the bonus. Why that blue bar shows up when you hit rock bottom is unknown to me, and seems to be a small bug.

It came in before the OP pick and I can only assume its intended.

As for sit/standing; there is a "cancel action" button you know... means you don't waste the time that could be used for another action

Yea I do know that but I prefer that big + key, easier to hit when needed quickly and sit/stand acts the same as cancel action, means I also only need 1 shortcut key for two actions. ++2 and in less than a second I am caring instead of blowing up

Mind you it is fun if I catch the keypad enter key first, so if you see random garbage in a chat window somewhere I most likely need a rez

wow and ouch 3200dmg, mode 5 used to be bad, but not that bad

I tried it yesterday with a young homin (level 10) and harmful speed 1, harmful rate 1 and harmful quality 20 for 170hp damage, and harmful speed 1, harmful rate 1 and gentle quality 20 for 126hp.

I remember that I nearly died from an explosion at level 10-20 but I never died with my first character.

You get the blue bar when the explosion bar is at "0" exactly. At this point you are so very very very close to blowing up that you will after 1 more dig. Only the degrade that happens over time to the explosion seems to have stopped when you are in the blue. However, caring will bring up the normal bar again, or plainly blowing yourself up ofcourse. That works too.
