Cant create char due to windowing

I am trying to make my character for the first time but i cant figure out how to click Create Character. I can click on slot 1 - 5 but there are 2 boxes in the bottom 2 corners that i can see the very top of but cant click do to how the game has me windowed i really want to play but i cant figure out how to click this please help.

your Windows Desktop size needs to be 1024x768 or higher to successfully navigate login/char selection screen. (Create and Login butons are at bottom of screen, which will be hidden othervise)

Login and character selection screens are both always set to windowed mode at 1024x768 * 32bit. Have your windows desktop set to at least that so you can login, and then you can adjust the ingame resolution (and fuillscreen/windowed) using the outgame Config tool.
