I have personally fought for the Karavan on every occasion i could where there was the remotest justification.

I will not be taking part on either side in this battle because of all the controversy and acrimony leading upto it, in the future I am sure I will fight alongside the Karavan and O5/RotD as allies in a common cause against the interests of the Kami but be sure of one thing, allies or not the Matis are not welcomed holding territory in the Lakes.

There are many issues involved besides faction Zealotry.

Some of us are Tryker First and Kara second and dont like a Matis, ally in faction or not, throwing their weight around and speaking for our Lady.

This is the opinion of ONE Tryker, loyal to his Governor, his Land and his Tryker brethren aswell as to our Lady Jena.

As it looks to me, the time for negotiantions is over, and the only thing remains, are a Matis threatening potential future allies. If I interpret your words right, you threaten all potential allies in the name of a covered 'Karavan alliance'. But be careful what you say and dont take law into your own hands and you will fall into sin on the day of judgement. It was a Matis guild which took action against a Tryker guild, because it officially venerates Ma-Duk, clearly against a decision of the Tryker government in advance of the construction of the houses of god, to tolerate the presence of Kami supporters in the lakelands.

I already learned that the service of few people to honour the teachings of Jena and the church of light, are worth nothing in the eyes of this 'Karavan alliance', as are the services of big and supposed big groups. In my opinion no attempt was undertaken to convince small guilds, instead big, already declared Karavan guilds seem to be contacted. With me this looks like the efforts were not made in the faith of Jena, but only in mind to gain more power and to raise the wealth of Matis guilds.

So my conclusion is, that this fight isn't Kami versus Karavan, and it never was, but Tryker against Matis oppression.

But the trykers never completed a kami temple, the kami priority was zorai and fyros 1st, not tryker. The Tryker did build a karavan temple. Thus there is acceptance of Ma-duk, but not the following in the lakes.

As far as it being a racial issue i see no oppression of the Tryker State from the Matis, quite the reverse, i have no qualms if tryker guilds happened to own matis OP, as i consider the tryker and matis as friends, i personally deal with tryker and matis as the same I know of no matis seeking dominance over tryker or treating them as lesser homins. It is perhaps a shame some trykers do not, and wish to ruin present and future friendship with deeds of the past, denying the freedom of friendship with crys of nationalism.

The Op will have tryker fighting tryker (as well as other races) both sides with claims for fighting for freedom mixed with pride and real estate.

Looks to me like you people made your minds up ages ago without even giving a second thought to what the Alliance is and does anyway huh.

I can assure you we've put ALOT of effort in to trying to share and help out in the Lakelands and we have done, not just to those who've joined the Alliance either. From day one it was about helping the Karavan forces as a whole, I don't see what being Matis, Tryker, Fyros, Zorai, or painted black with white stripes has got to do with it. Karavan is Karavan. If more outposts were to come along in the future I'm pretty sure people wouldn't mind if a Tryker guild came along to take one in Matis, whats the problem?

If Kara unity is your aim as you claim threats such as these do that cause no good at all, they in fact sow the seeds of disunity I expect the Kami are laughing their fur off at Kara threatening Kara or did they pay you for this service? cos sure as there are windmills in the lakes it does nothing to serve Jena.

Well, seeing as this is a thread in the bazaar section and not in the RP section, I think everyone has gotten a little off topic. Do you guys want to try to take this to a different thread and let Band of Hawks attempt to buy an army? It's not as if the kami would win anyway. {RP mode}Besides, if I recall most members of evolution were on the side of the Samsara (hope I got that right) in the last Outpost battle. They obviously do not completly support the karavan and therefore, there opinions are worthless. The tryker and matis are friends in my mind, and will stay as such. We karavan will not let the kami rule in a mostly karavan land.

I believe karavan control isnt really wanted in the tryker lands either.

However this debate will go on forever so...

Lets just give the outpost back to a tryker guild, be it kami, karavan or neutral- so yes... im there (providing i get home in time)

The active word being tolerate, not approve and not help, but tolerate.

I Tolerate my mis-guided Tryker kami brothers do not encourage and I actively targetted those I knew to be working for the tryker Kami temple in the old lands as I felt that this was more in the spirit of what our governor was hoping for and was better for the Karavan.

And Keiko yes we helped our Old NUETRAL freinds the Samsara if this makes our opinions worthless then it really shows how blind to the bigger picture Matis arrogance really can be.

But when keiko says it, its the matis being arrogant and warlike?

I often see trykers tell people that their words are only their own, and not those of their people; but it seems that whenever a Matis Karavaneer says something, its suddenly Matis oppression on a massive scale

Granted Jayce was possibly a little overzealous in his RP there, but I think what he was trying to get across is that the actions of guilds at this battle can affect their place in the "bigger picture" as you put it
