Patch: Tomorrow Is Patch Day!

There will be a server side patch tomorrow, Thursday. As a result, the live servers will be closed from 9am to 3pm (GMT+1, Paris time).

However, I am not sure I like to see the respawn rate for resources increased, it's quickly enough already. Don't make the game too easy please.

just my opinion, making it so larva pops once every few hours will make digging it not an option anymore, i agree that digging 1500 a week was stupid, but no-one will ever do all the work involved to get into a position to dig it for just 11-19 mats.

if however you made the sources stay for a default of say 6 hours, then it may be worth hunting it for 3 full sources, and put a limit of 75 per season like any other sup mat source in atys. after all they aren`t that good

anyway... patrols are gone, lakeland is like beautiful park now, with outpost and super herbies most of regions are safe, treks between land is solo activity (because of aggro lvl1 can make world trek now

I think too many emotes were changed...
Many seem changed for the worse.

I suppose some have improved, but an overall improvement is debatable. Regardless there's a lot of new texts to learn.

The more emote changes I notice the more I'm disliking them. I've discussed with a bunch of people in game and aside from 1 or 2 emotes that seemed like improvements, we agree every other change is troublesome. Not many stand out as being awful alone, but when put side by side with the old version you have to wonder what they were thinking.

At first I was just bothered because it seemed wasted effort that didn't gain us anything. While I know it's just a minor part of the game, I'm now convinced time was actually invested in making something worse....

I seriously suggest time stop being wasted and just reinstate ALL the old emotes. They were perfectly fine (gender issue aside) and the new versions are a disservice to the players.

Have to say I agree with you here. It seems like just making work for someone. I'd like to hear from Nevrax (*pokes Marjo*) what their reasoning behind this is. We hear excuses saying they don't have time right now to fix a certain thing, yet they have time for a pointless change to the emotes?

I mean was anyone really bothered about the text of any of the emotes (apart from the gender problem)?

One final question - where on Atys would I find a Mexican?
