So, in other words, I go and dig mats. I should then give those mats away to everyone else who can't dig 250 desert since they can't dig that type of mat or to that Q.
I put effort in to getthing them, you say? well, ya. I also put effort into getting an outpost, earning the money to pay for the drill, defending it if attacked, etc. In return, my pay off is the crystals that the OP produces.
Heres how Infinity's crystal distribution works. We have 2 250 OPs in the Void. That gives us about 28 stacks of crystals a day. We have about 25-30 active members, so each person got a stack a day. That person can then take their stack and do what they want with it. If they want to trade it for a couple stacks of lower Q ones, thats fine. Give em away? fine too. But we take care of our own first and foremost. They are members of our family and thus will be treated before someone else, especially someone who might be against what we believe in. So any crystals we got left over, we trade away with friends since they have earned our respect and friendship. In order to do that, they had to earn it through their actions.
EDIT:
[it's like someone going into McDonald's, grabbing 14 of those little coffee creamer cups, then going out and selling them to homeless people]
that would be an economy. If they were willing to pay for them, then there will be someone there to sell them to them. Its how it works. I can't afford a BMW, but that won't stop someone from trying to sell one to me.
