Neutral TP's just got Fixed ?

I cant buy a Kami ticket in Thesos or even Pyr - my own capital!

If thats true, I maybe should be careful with my tickets, so I can teleport to Fyros in time to participate on the Repercussions.... event this saturday.

Simple rule of thumb.. if altars are offering 2 tickets for sale, there is a bug lose in the system.

Ok, to the guys and gals in the know at Nevrax, this thing is starting to cause a bit of a rumble. Can we get a response on if this was intentional? If yes, please clue us in a bit as to why? If no, say so and we will shut up and leave you alone to fix it.

What you've described in your post Petej, is definitively not supposed to be. A neutral homin should be able to buy a "neutral" TP even with both a negative kami fame and a negative karavan fame, and his fame doesn't need to be around 0.
We've done some testing to check this today. I was waiting for the result, that's why I didn't post earlier. However, we haven't noticed any flaw in the TP system so far.

If you experience yourself such a bug regarding the TPs for neutrals (you are faction neutral and cannot buy all the TPs listed here), please send a ticket providing as many details as possible. It's the best way for us to monitor bugs and to know exactly what to test in which conditions.

theres a timebomb* in tp code, because it happened over night. weekend was fine, from monday it broke down.

EDIT: made new matis char, kara tp is available, kami tp is not (it should be). let devs make new char on arispotle (dunno if other shard are affected) and they get all the data they need.

Luckily the Karavan teleporter still works but it's a bit inconvenient if you're a local.

I dropped a ticket on this very subject late last night, spoke briefly with the Senior Guide who responded. The Guide indicated that in fact neutrality had nothing to do with it, if I was Kami Positive and Kara negative, i would only be able to buy Kami TPs, and if I was of neutral Faction then I would further be limited to the Kami TPs avail to Neutrals.

My character is Neutral/Neutral. I have +4 Kami/-4 Kara fame. Of the TP's on your list that are supposed to be available to faction neutral PCs, I have personally tested the Imperial Dunes Kara and Kami, the Oflovak's Oasis Kami, and the Nexus Kara and Kami. I can buy a TP from the Kami TP's but not from the Kara TP's. If I have DP, I can see the "service" pacts at all the TP's tested. In ALL cases, each icon shows up twice on the "make a pact" list.

The above all started for me on Monday. On Friday, everything was fine. Saturday and Sunday I was unable to get online due to RL concerns.

Your note indicates that this would indeed be a problem if in fact it was occurring, but you can't prove its happening. Well, I'm here to tell ya, its happening on Arispotle!
