Rain?

Seems like this is the best place to put this.

I can't seem to see rain effects on my computer (provided there are rain effects, I wouldn't know, I have never seen them lol) I hear the sound of rain, but I never see it. I looked for an option in the graphics options but there weren't any solutions in there. Any suggestions?

You must be residing in the Fyros regions of Atys.
It seems that things are so arid in the desert that the rain evaporates before it hits the surface.
