My computer meets all of the system requirments by a long shot. Yet I still am getting this error message. Is there anything else I can do to fix it? Ive run the recovery.exe file a few times and it still doesnt fix the issue. Im getting frustrated as Im about to start paying for it and yet its not working.

Make sure that you run you desktop with at least 1024x768 and 32 bits color depth.

This should enable you to create the login window.

If this doesn't work, run the ryzom configuration tool, and set the display driver explicit to Open GL for Nvidia graphics cards, or Direct 3D for Radeion crads.
