Login problems.

I've just downloaded, patched and started the game.
Some hours ago I signed up for the free trial account.
But the first thing the game says when I try to login is...
That I'm already logged in?
...and that I'll have to wait 30sec and try again.
So I do that. No luck, when I try to login it once again says that I'm already logged in.
I've tried it a couple of times now. But I just can't seem to get in?
What am I doing wrong?

that normally happens if you have crashed out, so the server thinks ur still playing and pops that message when u try to login again. what then happens is the character is automatically logged out (takes 30s) then u can get in again.

very odd if ur getting it from the first time though. if no-one offical responds soon install this: http://ryzom.com/data/Klient/chat.players.ee.zip its a live support tool where u can chat with gm's and other players and they can hopefully sort u out.

You may want to make sure all the ports needed for Ryzom are open in any router and firewalls as per the Network FAQ

The port needed for login is TCP 40916 so make sure this is open.

You may also be experiencing some network issues along the path between you and the servers so try doing a pingplot and see if anything is apparent.
