I am looking to buy a q220 2h axe. I would like it to be max damage and speed of 20hpm or over, the higher the better.

HP boost if possible please and also HQ or Special Plans are preferable but not essential

Please contact me if you are able to make one of these for me. I think I shall be unable to pay in mats, but I will be willing to pay a reasonable price in dappers.
