Addition to networking sticky above!!

It's missing crucial information. You are patching from 130.117.80.5/32 which is a completely separate address block from the 213.208.119.0/24 block. I think you should add both IP address subnets to the FAQ so those of us who are behind strict firewall rules know exactly what to add. (Luckily, patching is done on the 40916 port, already mentioned in the FAQ.)

Things like this were not added as most players do not have complicated firewalls and this would only confuse the issue more for them.
