I don't get this part. Just don't put yourself in a position to do so. Is it really that impossible? Anyways, take it easy.
probably that was killing someone for "self defence" in pvp event or outpost war.

you cant stay away from those 2, especially if you already "own" a outpost.

Sure you can stay away from that situation. Don't go to the defense of your outpost. If you took an outpost from bandits but don't feel like fighting other Homins, don't fight. Of course that may result in the outpost changing hands, but that is a choice you are free to make.

Of course he is free to leave the game. I'm not trying to get him or anyone else to resubscribe/not leave. I was just laying down some possible alternatives. If want you want to do is leave...peace.
