Hi,
sometime, I meet some NPC who can exchange some things with me around the towns .... but i never succeded in exchanging or buying anything with them ... maybe i did not understand the way it works with them or maybe they sell some stuff from other races .... and i m unable to buy or use them ...
can someone help me on this point !

Either you don't have enough faction with those NPCs or they don't offer any services. Not every NPC does something.
