Assault on Whirling Stronghold in Loria for the Good of Homins and the Glory of Jena

Isn't waving the kami/karavan banners and declaring war on each other, trying to take over outposts supposed to be the 'fun' part of outposts? Isn't this what everyone expected when screaming over the past months for them to finally give us outposts?

Personally, I hate the idea of attacking each other and squabbling over the territory but, unfortunately, that's the only new thing they've given us in ages and it would appear to be the model for things to come (spire battles).

So it seems that either we try to keep things mature and compete with each other but in a spirit of fun (not resorting to insults, not gloating, not demeaning the other side) or we let things degenerate into the standard childish community we all associate with so many of those other games.

Am I dreaming or is there any chance we can have battles over outposts while still keeping the community positive and friendly?

Who killed you Riveit cause i dont think any of the Hawks did.
I wasnt in the place you say you 've been killed(by us i assume)
But if you where with the attackers then i think you are prepered to be killed in that case.
As you go to kill also.
And if any of the Hawks killed you in there it was cause we where DEFENDED the outpost and not ATTACKING.
If it happend for you to be in the attacking side then as i said Anyone who was in the defense had the right to kill you as the rest that they tryed to invade the outpost.

Aedan Aqueous is divided. If nothing is done we will be the chosen battlefield of the coming faction wars. The Karavan and Kami are using their power to force our hands. Already we are seeing less and less tolerance from each faction. Do you think mercy will be shown by a conquering force? Do you think a region overthrown will be allowed to keep a government allied with opposing ideals?

The Karavan and the Tryker race are allied. Aeden Aqueous is linked with the power of the Karavan. The Kami will come; they will come with the desire to destroy. They will come to overthrow Still Wyler. They will come to destroy our temple. They will come to burn our cities and eliminate all those who have chosen to support the Tryker Government and the Karavan.

They will come because of the Band of Hawks. Kenshiro and a handful of other Kamist control the only outpost of an opposing faction in any of the four Homin regions. The Kami will use that. They will launch their attacks of expansion from inside Tryker lands. The war of spires will begin here, one portal away from Fair Haven. They choose to support the Kami. They choose to occupy an outpost in a Karavan aligned region.

The balance of power rests with the Kami they control 5 of the top 8 outposts. This gives the Kami control of 25% more of the most important resources on Atys.

We must deny the Kami this tactical advantage. We must turn their eye away from Tryker lands. We must remove the Kami foothold or Aedan Aqueous will burn.

Do you doubt that the Fyros and Zorai will use the Kami as an excuse to oppress Tryker lands? Will the Matis have the ability to aid us if the Kami will be getting twice as many q250 materials every two weeks?

No matter how you look at it, the Band of Hawks are an enemy of the present Tryker Government. They are supporting the side that wishes to overthrow Fair Havens government. The Kami will not use diplomacy. They will use force. To those Trykers who voted by using the stand or sit method that the Tryker people will accept both factions, I say, those of us who built our temple and did so with our blood and sweat are the ones whose vote counts.

There are no good answers. There is only one certainty. Things change.

There will be no peace.

Unfortunately I have no way to get on to Atys until the 30th, or I would be standing by BoH in defending this outpost. Why? Not because I am kami-orientated but because I don't believe that the reasons given by AA are sufficient justification for their actions.

I would also urge AA to check certain charters to which they have agreed, and see if their actions fit with those principles. If not, then what's changed? Have the moral goalposts been moved with the introduction of a patch, or have AA simply strayed from the line?

So, although I won't be there tomorrow, I wanted to let BoH know that I would be if I could.

No matter how mad are u trying to make me or how hard u will try to spoil our image cause u fail to admit u just want an outpost to play with i dont think u will manage to do so. Your fears are your fears Pero, live with them or fight them as u are willing to do. But those fears in no case meet anything with hawks way of doing things. I am sure most karavan guilds and tryker guilds in general know that already.

If i was aggro in the first place i would have both loria outposts. But i didnt like to be greedy, cause thats not the hawks way. I didnt even play it safe by declaring in both outpost q250 and q200 or even a q150 at the same time to be sure i will have one for sure. I just declared war on one (the hardest) and risked everything to it.

In Fact i never believed it would be so easy to win it. I considered it impossible task so i considered it a Hawkish Task and thx god the miracle happened with the help of a few brave homins.

To be honest i didnt wanted that loria outpost. I wanted the one on the other side, but once a friend told me he wanted it so i didnt even try to go there cause i value friendship. Shame this friend forgotten me though

Also there were a certain discussion about kamis from other countries came and invading Evolutions outpost but this stopped in the first place. I cant say the names though or anything more on this subject but some kami will remember.

So everything u say about the lore and kami kara maybe true i dont know and i dont want to learn cause i will never let someone else dictate my morality. What i know though but u dont is the way hawks treat people and i am really sad to inform u that u dont deserve my time anymore.

So peace talks are over, Bring it on and get any friends u can who think i am the so called bad guy cause i chose something different than u.

Kenshiro, your guild can be a bunch of good guys RL, nonetheless you are kamists IG, and moreover you have an OP in a (more or less) karavan territory. So, it shouldn't surprise you to see a karavan guild becoming upset about this

Such a shame, such a waste to see a supposed Tryker federal guild almost immediatly break the oath it has made in front of the Tryker government officials. No freedom, no equality, no sharing (taking away by force or threat isn’ t sharing no matter how you twist and turn it). Now the woodchip will be tainted red by the blood drawn by their own brothers and sisters; a squable over materials where Aedan Artisans assumes they will only end up in Kamist hands, where they assume they are not being shared, under the pretext of religious motives for which they drag in the H.O.P.E. Alliance (Homin Order for Peaceful Existence), formed as a defensive alliance dedicated to promoting the survival and progress of homins.

But wait, according to the Charter, aren’ t they supposed to be a neutral Alliance for the benefit and freedom of hominkind? To ensure all homins are entitled to fee will, self-preservation, without becoming subject to any alien masters or creeds? Don’ t they seek to become a beacon of reason, calling for peace between homins, Karavan and Kamis, a forum for diplomacy not violence, a haven to the weak? Don’ t they say peace must be given a chance to prevail, while there is still HOPE?

I am pleased to announce to Atys that the H.O.P.E. Alliance has decided to put their hope in Jena. All guilds of the H.O.P.E. Alliance (with the possible exception of the Sirens whom I have not heard from) have chosen to become Karavaneers. Some of us burn with the holy fire of the newly converted, while others were dragged kicking and screaming toward the light. Those dual grooves in the Lakeland sand may not be sleigh tracks but rather the tracks of Tryker boots trying to dig in their heels.

The H.O.P.E. charter will be amended in due course. Jena be praised!

Now that dragged kicking and screaming doesn’ t sound to much like free will, does it? But it’ s all in the name of faith of course. What a relief! For a moment I thought all of the previous and the following would have to be amended as well at the cost of one’ s ideals as a Tryker federal guild and the integrity of one’ s Alliance Charter..

[3. Rules of Engagement]

3.1 - Members will not participate in aggressive, non-consensual, forceful actions towards other homins against the Rules of Engagement.

3.2 - Members will use diplomacy to nullify aggressors in every instance, regardless of circumstance, before any other action is taken.
3.2.1 - Any member whose diplomatic skills are unyielding during an incident shall call upon another alliance member for diplomatic assistance.
3.2.2 - Members who have taken the above steps to stop an aggressor and fail to stop the aggressor may call upon additional alliance members to defend against the attacker.

3.3 - Defensive actions.
3.3.1 - All actions permitted by the game and the EULA may be used as is necessary to attempt to stop an attacking force once the Rules of Engagement call for forceful actions.
3.3.2 - Once the threat of an attacker has been neutralized to which the attacker no longer presents a threat to the defenders, the defending force will cease all forceful actions against the attacking force.

I sincerely hope Aedan Artisans can live with the fact they will be looked down on and be labeled as untrustworthy by many true Tryker federal guilds and guilds of different nationality. I hope they can live with the fact they renounced their Tryker ideals for material gain under the pretext of faith. That they broke their own Charter of their own Alliance and thus betrayed it’ s integrity. That they made enemies at home amongst former friends or caused people hold a grudge against them by turning on their own blood. I hope they can bear the burden of causing what could lead to a civil war in the Lakelands.

All of this due to assumptions, propaganda and lies.
I know Kenshiro would have reached out for your hand should you have slipped from the cliff, but you bit it like a rabid dog.

But the blood on your hands doesn’ t wash off as easily if it is your own kin’ s.

But that could be easily solved; I heard they were ‘short’ of loyal citizens in the Matis Kingdom, they were only charging half for former Trykers. Besides, the climate might be more to your liking out there.

I can understand AA would want an OP for themselves, but you might want to try to solve this diplomatically like your HOPE Charter describes instead of going in against it, ticking of people that more then likely would have happily traded with you, and trash your guild’ s image.

Well since they're going to amend the H.O.P.E Charter to show they're following Karavan...they probably can throw it out for now...x.X;
