It all started when i decided to use paypal to pay for my Ryzom subscription and by mistake cancelled the darn thing .....so i i went through it again this time it was ok Kool i thought : ...until i got my paypal email only to find i had payed twice by mistake.
So i sent SOR Arispotle customer support an email telling of my problem only to find out the next day that
Nevrax France SARL would not refund any money :nono: so i am now stuck with playing Ryzom for 2months instead of just the 1 i was going to do,and this was only after a few email to CSUPPORT to get it back so beware once you press to pay on the paypal site YOU will not get it back from... Nevrax France SARL no matter what!
This has left a bad taste in my mouth ....a very poor attitude by Nevrax France SARL
plz note :- Arispotle Customer support did what they could to get my money back (THANKS).....but Nevrax France SARL Would have none of it .
