New to the game..

Looking for a guild. Not sure if the game has multiple servers to play on but if it does and any guild recommends a certain server... i'm game

Servers are by language. Arispotle = English, Leanon = Dutch, Aniro = French. There's also the ATS (Advanced Testing Server).

You might get better results if you provide a few more details about what kind of guild you're looking for.

Probably all guilds are recruiting, with the exception of "Needed Storage."

So, for example, are you looking for a roleplaying guild?

Well, I don't roleplay myself but I am not against others doing it. So, maybe a relaxed guild thats pretty decent size so that getting a party is easy. Community style guild, family oriented.. I come from playing WoW...only thing that matters to guilds in that game are ph4t l3wts

BTW, got the game installed, updated and played for like 20 mins last night...the world is incredible.

You sound calm and nice to be a part of Atys Ghosts, we are mostly a guild of friends having fun and blending along with what happens around this unpredictable and fabulously massive world, Atys. Most of our members are away due to real life, computer probs etc.. we are planning to rebuild the fun by taking in new friends and help them out, however we are still brainstorming which types to to let in. We are more of the peaceful ones though we follow The Karavans

I won't be able to get in-game frequently this week but feel free to give me a /tell and maybe I could show you around, take you to other lands - get you tps and such

BTW it would be useful if you could mention which race is your main character ^^

Anyhow I have a valuable piece of advise, "Never rush in your choice of guild."

OmegaV is always looking for good people. I would say we have about 20 people who are on almost daily at the moment and about 20-30 otheres that are less frequent. And a bunch of friends who are away at the moment.

It sounds like you would fit with our crew. We utilize Ventrillo pretty heavily and mostly for chatting as this is our gang of friends. Most of which met through this game. We have a handful of UK players along with a majority of North American players. From 4 or 5 PM Eastern through 3 or 4 AM Eastern during the week is when you will find our most populated. Weekends is ALL the time.

I would suggest you play with a bunch of people to see if you fit in with them. Don't throw yourself in the first guild that courts you... Mine included. It is important to realize that in Ryzom you most likely will not only play with your guild but will associate with many many people whom are in different guilds. Sometimes your guild will not have a hunt going on at your level but will assist you in finding one through their friends/allies/aquantances.

We are a true Karavan follower as that is the wishes of Jena. You should really consider your faith and allegiances before choosing a guild or should I say while choosing. We have members of every race, but we thoroughly love Jena.

Just my 2 cents. If you like find an OmegaV member and ask to tag along to do something. If you have not done so already, go into the configuration (press u) and under INTERFACE + IN_SCENE go into each category and turn on the guild name and guild symbol, etc.

Well, today was my first day actually experiencing the game. Pretty incredible stuff. My main is Matis, i believe that's right

Man, its crazy just watching the wildlife come up and inspect you.. eyeball you for a bit..run away...watch you and try and make it look like they're arent..heh.
