Facts:
- Can't open Public Profile of my own account.
- Can't open Public Profile of other forum users.
- Do I need to open the Public Profile to add an avatar or is it done differently?
- I sent a mail using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the forums webpage at 26 november and sent another similar message at 29 november. Both resulted in no response at specified email address.
Requested:
- Solution to all the above and possible fix to Contact Us button functionality if malfunctioning and explanation of no response in case it does work properly.

You can't view any user's "public" account page. In order to change your settings, go to the UserCP and pick out of the menu on the left. It can be reached either by the Private Messages link that is at the top right of every page, or using the "forum jump" dropdown that is at the bottom of any page inside a forum or when reading a thread (not while replying to a post)yahangir wrote:- Can't open Public Profile of my own account.

Was the email address the same one associated with your account ? The email address assigned to your account is the only place you'll get official responses for privacy reasons. Also keep in mind logging onto your account info is not the same password as the forums password.

Actually on the Contact Us form you can enter in any email address you want for repsonse.

I changed my email address in my account information on this website. I received an email to confirm this. I pressed the link to confirm my email address and it was changed according to the info displayed at this website. I also made sure that when I pressed send in the Contact Us menu that this email address was changed to my actual address.
I appreciate all you people's help and I was helped out with my avatar matter, but I really would like to get a response of somebody of Nevrax as well to explain why the Contact Us button didn't result in solving my problem. After all as a paying customer I believe I have the right to receive customer service.

Ok I have chased this up this afternoon - as you have your profile set not to recieve PMs or emails I will post a general reply here. There was indeed an issue that has now been resolved with this and if you need to submit another query via this button then feel free and it should be working properly now.
