Firewall issues by the looks of things

That error happens when Ryzom cant connect to the net. 99% Firewalll.

Yep reading through it, simply put, if you had made a fresh reboot and got this, either your internet connection/firewall blocked it or the server was offline. It does indeed sound like a firewall issue. As i have been playing all week and i've had no problems logging in. Except during the patch to ver 10 and i think once before that...


do you have a firewall? Have you tried a reboot? These things should be done as part of a troubleshoot before you post... ;P

This is not the tech support forum. Hence the TEch support people aren't here

The email sent to you whaen you registed your game on this site contains the tech support email, and your login for this forum.

As we have said this is a Firewall issue, do you have the ports open needed for Ryzom (check the manual) Do you use a router?

You need to provide more details.

tried turning your firewall off?

This forum is set for questions of any kind, including tech support or anything else.

As for getting it, there are any number of posts which point you into the right direction. If you could but look.
