You cant gain a extra title bc all players can achive what Itach and Sin have done same with Petej hes chasing Sin and he has the same right as them no?

If they made it where everyone could gain the title then they might put it in bc there would be no favourism.

But people should be able to gain titles for completling a set of trees (In the case harvesting). It's just another of those things to aim for, and something we can use to recognise the amount of hard work the these people have put into it.

I agree, and adds some richness and diversity, and rewards different playing styles. For example, a player may want to have all 2H weapons to lvl 200 rather than mastering one, a crafter may want to get all the plans at 151 rather than grinding a single branch. Or a medium armorer that levels the different branches at the same time "Advanced Medium Armorer Integrated Solution Provider" , or a lvl 151-250 forager in all lands, etc, the list is huge....

I know it's not a high priority item, but it does not look complicated. The system is already applying an "OR" logic to several titles, it doesn't seem to me that adding an "AND" logic would require a huge effort (again, just guessing, only the developer of a system can evaluate the complexity of a change) and it could come with the titles upgrade mentioned a few months back.

And the possibilities are interesting. e.g. lvl 201 in healing and defensive affliction could be "Master of Defensive Magic", and it could even mix branches, lvl 150 ranged and lvl 150 heal could be "Ranger", etc (my imagination is limited, there must be way better suggestions)

I also agree. It is such a massive achievement to get to 250 in these whole branches, they should be rewarded with at least a title!

To mikelaw, the "miss atys host" title you requested i could never see happening. Yeah you might have put in alot of work for it, but it isnt really something to do with the gameplay!

To anissa, i agree with you too, different combinations of skills should give different titles. I think it would be easy to do.

Now I would like to add my 3 dappers to subject thet may concerns a lot of players: why at traders all-over the Atys there is almost nothing to buy? And this is almost since beginning.....
IMO such great players like Sinful with enormous amount of time for game might/should try to suply traders in many goods
Of course I'm not talking about Uber unique gear that still should be made for special orders by legendary crafters but some lets say average stuff should be at market.
Lets hope that this might happened one day

I don't pretend to be able to answer this question, but I can give my 2 cents, and some factors involved, although it's not a all-none scenario.

* some crafters like the hand to hand trade. Negotiating the price, delivery conditions, etc. It's part of their character, and can be fun. You can (in context) see who you sell to, adapt prices, negotiate, you have control about what and who you sell to, thus controlling re-selling of own items, avoid selling to opposite/enemy guilds, etc. It's part of the game.

* some crafters like to be paid in mats. Given the tremendous effort and the broken economy, getting 1 M dappers for an item or getting 400 q230+ fiber/resin/seeds/ambers is not the same at all.

* on a first approach, one could say there are basically 2 types of items: commodity and specialized gear. Commodity can typically include light armor or (before the resists and PvP) jewels. The main factor is quality and they act as bonus holders. They can be produced "en masse" with choice mats. Nevertheless, with commodity (e.g. LA) one may not be able to foresee what players need / want, given the important amount of possible combinations and colors, or even bonuses (e.g. 80 HP,60 SAP). specialized gear, where the stats are truly important like weapons, heavy armor or magic amplifiers, players want usually supreme (100/100, max parry, 97/97 etc). It is quite hard to provide and crafters cannot have an unlimited supply of them. And one a crafter gets a tell asking "can you craft amps" a lot of time the 97/97 is implied.

* to the argument "but it's not even possible to find choice/excel" items. Well, true, and this can be one aspect that can be improved, but it's tied to what players consider "good" gear and to a broken economy.

* So we are mainly back to the "via tell/PM" trade, which has also some drawbacks: uninformed buyers and reluctant sellers. Sometimes the buyers simply don't know who crafts what. Asking around may help you. Reluctant sellers who don't want to be known, or are not able to supply to everybody (tell storms) or simply, they consider that crafting some equipment may not be worth the time/risk or they don't want to step on other (usually lower) crafters. Example, a q250 light armorer, who gets an order q100, mixing several armor races and with colors with mats not in stock (or in stock, with q250) crafting that armor won't give xp, may consume mats that could be used for higher quality, may require the seller to get the mats himself and the price can be, for the seller, not worth the 1+ hour needed. -I am not going into the debate if the crafter should/could/must (not) craft it, it's a personal choice.

it's an interesting subject, I am just presenting some biased personal views, tho

i have to agree with anissa guys. its even simple: we crafters simply dont have the time to supply the markets. i can make heavy armours at ql250 aye BUT with 20-40% success wich makes i need round 600-800 mats + craft time + fact peeps want black or white ones wich gives weather in pr. guess how it is for supremes: 100/100 parry protection heavy armours take days of gaming time to get all the mats we crafters need
