The racial spells do work better in the lands that they are from. Do you mean something different?

i'm a tryker. atm i have access to all 4 racial spells.
to make them really racial, let tryker only have shockwave, matis only poison, etc. tie it to citizen later (tryker becoming matis citizen, learns how to cast poison, and forgets how to cast shockwave

They should include a bit of lore in character creation anyways so people can pick a toon that matches their personality a bit more easily.

there is magic button named "info" when you create new char, or did you mean _more_ info about race background ?

and there was some agreement by some homin leaders about having to make all knowledge public or something..
