Aggro Dragging by Jayla and Final

Just to inform the public of SoR, this happened to me and my partner within the hour of this post. The facts are as follows...

Vhailor and I were both at the maze in GoC killing Great Jugulas by the waters. Jayla and Final later appeared and I informed them that the other group of Jugulas have been taken as well. Jayla then PM'd me and asked what level were we. After replying, Jayla then said: Okay, it's our turn then. She thus proceeded to hit the Jugulas as well.

Vhailor and I continued as normal, what they hit, we left alone and went for the others. This continued for a couple of rounds, when unluckily, the Jugs spwaned on all of us. Jayla and Final managed to make it to the waters but Vhailor and I were unfortunate. We thought Jayla and Final will rez us when they get up from the waters. However they continued killing the Jugs. After they killed the last one, they went back and waited for the Jugs to spawn, while Vhailor and I were asking in the region tab for a rez. When Amana and Nikolo replied on the tab that she'll be on her way, Jayla replied that she's got us, while standing over our dead bodies.

Anyway, Amana came and we got a rez. We proceeded to kill the Jugulas as well. I asked Jayla and Final why they did not want to rez us. Jayla was remained silent and Final's reply is this: hey im just a healer don't look at me. Again, the Jugulas which Jayla hit, we left alone. So we walked past that Jugula and went for the next. However, I was suddenly aggroed by a Jugula from behind. I initially thought it spwaned on me, but this happening 3 times in a row even after I was sure all the Jugs have spawned? Again Vhailor and I died and again we asked for a rez while Jayla and Final were walking all over us. Thankfully Amana came again

I apologise for the GoC incident, in the year i have been playing Ryzom i have never refused to res, you can ask around on that one if you like

Please get your facts right before you give me a bad reputation. I will contact you next time i am in game and see what the situation was.

i'm sure the guy's name was Nikopol, but for the rest Bodhi's story of the facts seem to be right from what i heard/saw.
Jayla, the first time they died and i walked over there, they barely had any time left to get rezzed. Besides, why "steal" (i know it's not stealing and that it's not forbidden, but it's not realy social behaviour is it?) half of somebody's spawn, while the one east of the outpost was free? I must admit there's some horrific's in that spawn, but that should have been your preferred choice over a spawn that's already taken.

obviously you missed my point:
YOU (person in RL) are responcible for your in-game chars actions if you choose to share your game password with others.
all we see is char, not RL person behind it.

So the crime is question is not rezzing? Aggro dragging? If some one was being a jerk to you, are you abolutley sure you were not being a jerk to them inadvertantly? Are you sure that person was not in another faction and had a reason to not assist you? Are you positive you have no cupability in the matter at all?
