Low Frame Rate On Character Creation

Hello all,

Just got the 7 day trial, and when I come to create my first character the character design screen runs at about 1 frame per year. I've tried going to the game graphic detail options and turning them all down but I dont believe its making a difference to the character creation screen.

Any ideas? My PC is better than the reccomended specs in every regard, I'm at a loss.

Video drivers make a huge difference -- without the latest, it is like that for me... with the latest, I can play with the very highest settings in the most crowded of places without a single ounce of lag. Night and day... Of course, you would have noticed in other games, too, if your computer is not new.

Even though other games work perfectly, I updated the drivers and indeed the problem was solved. Hurah for drivers.
