error 53

hi when i try to login i cannot since it gives an error 53, i understand this is because you think the account is not subscribed. However, i believe that i have been subscribing since november last year and i recieved a receipt for this every month since. I havent tried to login for a few months but i believe i do have a subscription which i have been paying for. You take my money therefore I do expect to be able to login without having to waste my time posting on forums like this trying to fix it, please could you look into this. My game account is slart0r.
