Can Character Settings Be Moved To A New Account?

We have two people who have 2 characters each on this account. If I decided to get a second account, so both of us could be on simultaneously, would it be possible to move two of the characters from the current account to the new account? Thanks in advance for whatever information you can offer.

You would have to email billing-ee@ryzom.com to ask about a move. Be warned that moving characters breaks their guild affiliation and will cause problems with other players friends lists. There is also a possible loss of equipment and skill depending on how recently the character was online before the move.
