I can not remember if I have seen Xavier post to so many threads before.
The players are screaming about being unhappy and Xavier has to get in there and calm the treads down. I always wondered if the powers that be ever paid much attention to our ranting and raving. It seems to me that they do. I cancelled 2 accounts because i started thinking nevrax really didn't seem to pay us any mind. I still love what the game was..and not sure where it is going, But just seeing Xavier in there taking the hits makes me almost want to reaccticavte my accounts. This account ends tomorrow. I am thinking maybe another month away from Ryzom and I may have gotten the break from the game i needed. XAVIER keep up the good fight...you may win me back yet

Xavier is trying hard, just as they tried hard with Patch 1.

Despite Xavier's hard work, I suspect that like Patch 1 most of those people on the edge are looking for a response from the development company and not sympathetic contracted CSR staff. But we can hope I'm wrong.

Thanks for the encouragement - paying attention to you is the least we can do in such situations; I doubt we'll ever be able to please *absolutely* everyone, but we try really hard. And that's not only me, the whole dev team is scrutinizing the boards - some suggestions are discussed internally even before I notice them on the boards.

I think we should really post something from them, even if it isn't a "decision" to encourage the non-PvP playerbase. Get at least one piece of non-PvP news up.

i.e. the devs are considering removing the PR PvP zones, but no decision, or are considering adding non-PvP EP2 maps, or considering focusing on developing non-PvP content in the next major patches. So long as you keep in communication with the playerbase and at least do something I think you stand a fair chance of winning back many of the people still on the edge.
