I didn't log it, but it was more in the vein of "we must close access to the Aelius Dunes to allow Atys time to recover bacause the Karavan have been raping the land, and taking too many resources."

And if it's the Karavan that's been foraging too much, cutting off access for Kami followers wouldn't help the situation anyway
