I didn't log it, but it was more in the vein of "we must close access to the Aelius Dunes to allow Atys time to recover bacause the Karavan have been raping the land, and taking too many resources."

Or something like that.

Personally I think this is just so they can open access to a new land of a different terrain type... but we'll see...

Seriously? That's hilarious. First they make an exception to their tolerance policies so their followers can dig unlimited resources for them, then they blame the Karavan for foraging too much
