MINYATUR GUILD SEEKS NEW RECRUITS

MINYATUR GUILD: THE FIRST RULERS OF ATYS NOW RECRUITING

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From the dark recesses of this world, they came.

They destroyed the magnificent cities of Matis, Zorai, Tryker & Fyros alike.

Even the might of the Kami & Karavan combined could not protect us.

We say enough is enough.

Minyatur Guild, the First Rulers of Atys call upon you, the homins of Atys to take up your arms, lend your picks, use your knowledge to help us get rid of this menace. Originating in the Verdant Heights of Matis, our reach extends to all of the lands of Atys. To you our brethren we promise an organised and skillful leadership to guide you in growing into heroes.

UPDATED REQUIREMENTS
What we require:

-A minimum level of 50 in your main profession + advanced foraging skills allowing you to pull Q100 mats (readily developed with a few days of hard work). Foragers, and those with advanced foraging skills as an auxiliary, will be given the most preference for entry into our guild.

-Read and understand our recruit policy listed at Recruitment Policy

-Adhere to the Guildmember Code of Conduct listed on the above page.

Posted on our website are screenshots of the trip that two of our heroes made to scout the Burning Desert, the Witherings & Aeden Aqueous. As a clan we have also ventured there and can meet any new recruit in any city on Atys to answer questions they may have about joining Minyatur.

With warmest regards,

Cieran
High Officer of Minyatur

Ok, no offense to you or your guild or anything, but could you possible stop the spamming of your guild even on posts where no one is asking about a guild on your SERVER. I dont mind guild recruitment, but spam is just annoying :/

This is a guild forum, any has been commonly used for recruitment. There should be no problem here.

I think they're referring to the half dozen other threads about guild issues which were spammed.

Personally, cross-spamming an identical post does not make your guild look good nor impress me. It is also typically against the rules on most forums.

Actually those threads were about events that Minyatur took part in. So show me the rules of the forums that says I can't throw in a little bit of promotion in a post ABOUT our guild's events (such as coming to Fair Haven) and I'll be happy to move it. Really, the nitpicking over such trivial issues does not become you. There are bigger problems to worry about than who posted what on the forums. One for instance is the stack problem which has yet to be fixed. Another is the guild hall teleport bug. And the MOST important one of all the outrageous degradation rate of equipment.

I cannot believe the amount of bile that is shown on forums. It's to be expected I suppose as a given for this type of public board. But really, let's keep the hate to a minimum. Play the game. Enjoy the game. Look around at the flowers that sprout. Admire the design of the mobs. Prepare for the story arc. That's why we're here after all.

With regards,

Cieran

I met a lady in the meads,
Full beautiful -a faery's child,
Her hair was long, her foot was light,
And her eyes were wild.

You mean the TWO posts in General (making it to Fairhaven and the Rey/Prince post). Maybe if it actually were 6 posts it would have been spamming, but it was TWO posts about two different events.

I believe he is referring to the posts in threads other people created which were thread jacked to plug Minyatur. I found it rather annoying too.

I just will post a note about one comment. Equipment degradation. Using equipment that is 'over your head' for lack of a better word does result in rapid degradation. The fact that everyone wants choice or better is your choice. The fact that it takes time to harvest this stuff should make you use it when it is truly needed and not for grinding.
