The current document on global FvF leaves unclear the issue of exactly what teleporters those with the PvP flag turned off will have access to. Will it be both the Karavan and Kami teleporters in whatever region they happen to be active? Or will it be only those teleporters with which the flag-off character has the highest fame rating? If the second option this is a non-starter for those who do not wish to be involved in PvP, and I expect the number of cancelled subscriptions will skyrocket. You are punishing them twice for not being involved. Not only will they not get the region bonuses, their access to transport will be severely limited. Many MMORPG games that are more cooperation based, give a severe penalty for being involved in PvP rather than dramatic benefits to it.
It also should be clarified whether all the teleporters will now have the potential to be used (e.g. the ones in Hidden Source), or just the ones that are currently active. If all the teleporters have this potential, then the number of overall available teleporters will remain about the same (about half are currently inactive). However, if only the ones that are currently active, access to different regions will be dramatically reduced (which will be a real shame).
Plea for clarification
Re: Plea for clarification
When I was young, I had to walk uphill both ways to school, and now you kids insist on teleporting all over the place! A dapper saved is a dapper earned!
There haven't decided yet whether or not to allow/disallow use of the opposing faction teleporters I'm pretty sure. And it would be a mess since many people have a decent stock of opposing faction teleporter tickets.
I doubt this would ever happen because of things like... Kami loving Tryker would no longer be able to port to Crystabell, Windermeer, or Avendale.
And you certainly cannot guard the teleporters because like in Fairhaven its blocking the entrance to the city.

Re: Plea for clarification
Does the comment about always having acces to the 'Capital' teleporter mean the entire level 50 region ? or just the teleporter inside the city irrespective of which faction.. but not the opposing factions teleporter immediately outside said Capital ?
Either way, Fyros stands at risk of losing access to both Thesos and Dyron, unless they are defended more strongly than other regions.. which is unfair to the Karavan faction.. I bet someone thought it was clever, but its just another fubar.
