Global Faction PvP - Claiming Territories For Your Faction

I have a few questions regarding the Global Faction PvP

1. What factions do you speak about here? (Kami|Karavan) or (Fyros|Matis|Tryker|Zorai)
2. How will be determined to which faction a character belongs?
3. If I don't set the PvP Flag, will I be able to use all now working teleport pacts?
4. Who will spend the honor points to build the Spires? If I have to pay with my 'personal' honor points, will it be possible to withhold the points I earned? If they are payed from a global honor point pool who decides what type spire will be build?

i want to believe you, a small part of me does, a small part is even happy about the new pvp stuff, but now you will be losing people, not those who do knee-jerk reactions, but those who waited more than patiently...

want to know how to keep them? DETAILS! seriously, you are promising stuff to come, but absolutely no details, nothing about how far or near this future is, nothing about what will come. simply give them the same benefit you are giving us pvp-fans.

please consider this:
the outposts were promised last year, during the year VERY few informations came out, aside from "soon(tm)". after a good part of that was over more information came trickling in and now, when the time is almost there we are getting definite informations.
now when talking to friend who don't like pvp and i tell them you have something planned i can only say: i don't know what and i don't know when, aside from "soon(tm)".

i think you see the similarities. please do correct me if i am at fault and tell me what i can relay to my friends, but please do consider what i ask of you, and if there is no fault to be found in my words: please act on them.then how about this: pick out which points your team thinks likely to be best-suited, put them in a list and let the players vote. this way they can SEE what is coming, which will help reassure MANY of them and they can even influence to a degree what comes when.

Because they have already fired there bullet and all thats left is a smoking GUN!

So now they throw a bone in a field and let the dogs out to fight over it!

In the face of all the discussion that has been had about PvP, the bad reaction to EP2 and PvP Outposts, the loss of subscribers I can only say IDIOTIC!

By that time all you'll have left is a few AOD PvPers. I've tried talking to old members of my guild and getting them to return, but even when telling them about the bugs they have no interest in PvP. It was never what drew people to Ryzom.

It is so sad to see that Nevrax has evidently totally lost its way.

Subscription cancelled, I'll try to enjoy it for the remainder of my time. I look forward to the day when a company can actually implement Nevrax's original vision for a MMO, if obviously won't be Nevrax that tries to do it.

i predominantly dig pr.

i have no interest in PvP. none what so ever so will not be turning my pvp flag on.

some regions in PR realistically have 1 TP or mats are only accessible from 1 tp.

imagine what would happen to ppl if theyy had to walk from the kami trench of trials tp to teh karavan one in search of amber. or think of all the low lvl diggers unable to access Gate of obscurity (only kara tp there).

i would say that out of the ppl i know 1/4 (being very generous) would have thee flag turned on. therefore you are alienating 3/4 of all players from half the regions on the map. all i can say is... WHO THE HELL LET THAT IDEA THROUGH? that makes as much sense as a baker selling only mouldy bread!


i have put up with the new ep2 and have even done a bit of digging and kincher killing as a bit of fun (ermm i'm a mentalist-say no more) but i will be having serious considerations if i'm not allowed to vistit the areas of the game i like just cos a few peeps have claimed a region as their factions. KEEP YOUR PVP TO THESE NEW AREAS.

As it sounds now I will no longer be able to port to a zone in the hands of the Karavan.
