I am extremly impressed with the staff support with this game. Compared to FFXI and many helck (lol) probaly every other game, they really do take your problems into consideration. Both personal and community problems, idea's, and whatever you suggest or ask of them they will quickly respond. Plus the response is actually helpful in the whatever way the situation is required. They honestly go far and beyond what other companies do as far as consumer relations. I would commend them for doing this, however this IS what the common practice should be. It is actually ashame in a way to have to commend people for doing what they are supposed to do. That just shows how so many other companies just don't care and only care about one thing, profit margine. But of course this Profit is gained through doing these type of things of which are expected the way they are expected. It's about time one of the compaines in this market finally realise they shouldnt jsut go by what many other compaines see as passable and do things correctly, for thisi commend you guys workin for nevrax. It is obvious that you take great pride in this product and in your work.
So to sum up my ranting babble about my fustration with these such compaines. I wish to thank all of you who work so hard to make the best product you can and at the same time realise that the consumers are not jst that but are also people like yourself. Thank you so much for being so responsive and helpful. I wish and hope that you guys make the most profit you can poissibly dream off this game and more (for the first time ever wishing this for a company). Thank you so much.

Yes Tech Support has been great. I've used Tech Support I think twice so far ingame and both times not only did they answer me but the got to me fast. Even once one of them appeared before me to see what it was I needed. Great job guys and gals, PLEASE keep up the great work you all have been doing!!!!!

I agree, although nobody has been able to help me with my patcher problem, the response time was about 30 min after i sent in the support ticket. However i think they've all gone home for the weekend so tack on another 2 days i won't get to play the game yet. =(

Tech support rocks! I am extremely happy with the level of support and more importantly the quality/kindness of the people who have helped me.
