How do I take a Screenshot

Hi,
I have been asking around while playing how to take a screenshot, some told me to hit Shift+F12, others Shift+F10, but none of these worked...
I even tried the good old way : CTRL+PrintScreen... Didn't work either.

Can someone give me the answer ?

It's Shift+F10. The images are saved in the root install directory for Ryzom.

also shift+f5 removes all windows from screen (press again to get them back). holding 0 on the num pad will also give u an unobscured view, both great for grabbing nice pic's
